I have been a patient for several years and overall I thought it was great... until my latest visit. I needed a crown put on and I went in on a Friday and Dr. Porter was the only DDS available. At the end of the day, the service was very poor. She was more concerned with getting to the next patient than me. After I paid $1,200 bucks (which I didn't mind) my temporary cap fell off on a Saturday. After 6 phone calls I was unable to contact the office, so went to an emergency clinic where they charged me $150.00 to put the temp. crown back on and inform me it would probably come off again because it was not shaped correctly so food was getting caught. When I informed Dr. Porter, well sorry was the answer. So as a result, they have lost me, my wife, son daughter and 2 close friends as patients. I hope the $150.00 was worth it.
