I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. My appointments never get canceled. They are extremely reliable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
