Front office staff is nothing nice. I dread having to deal with them. The only reason I've used them is because they are the only ped. dentist on my side of town, the dental staff is great with my kids and the Dr. herself is great. Once you get pass the office staff, you are ok. Their billing practices are not fair as previously reported. They do not render services prior to you paying, but Ihave also gotten later gotten bills and found that I was being charges for something i was not aware of. They have to much "surprise" billing. I have referred my friends but I always let them know about the staff.

Zero stars was not an option. This office performed services on my child that I did not authorize and kept her jaw jacked open for almost 2 hours. This office knew I only authorized what we were referred there for by our regular dentist because I did not want my child put through any unnecessary pain or suffering. This office tried to up- sale me on several other services; I declined because the service we went there for was already going to take an hour to perform. They went ahead and performed three other services on my child, then billed me for it later. Office policy here is that you pay prior to services rendered and I only paid for what I authorized so how did we get out the door and then receive a bill later? This is not the first report of this happening in this office. There are 4 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau here in Jacksonville. I have already contacted an attorney. Trust me, find another pediatric dentist!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
