Good Doctor - HORRIBLE STAFF! AVOID!

Doctor Saavedra is a good doctor. She always made me feel like I was listened to and I trusted her advice. The nurses were similarly trustworthy.

But the front office staff is abysmal. Scheduling an appointment is unbelievably hard. I would say they answer the phone 1/15 times I call. And when I do get ahold of someone, they've got an attitude or they simply say they can't help me. I had to resolve an insurance matter with them and I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. I felt downright lied to on many occasions (when i could actually get them to answer the phone). I ended up resolving the insurance matter by going a completely different route because I was sick of being lied to about what Saavedra's staff claimed they had done. They do not have a working fax machine and they have no email. I had to hand deliver documents to them!

Once again, the doctor is good. She's trustworthy and sound. But she really needs a new staff. Until that's resolved, I can't go back there.
