I see Dr. Cosgrove in St. John, Indiana. He's a tremendous doc. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else from a doctor and his waiting room is packed every time I go so I don't know how he does it but thanks for being my wonderful family doctor.

Dr. Cosgrove has been my family physician for over 10 years now. He's at the Hammond Clinic in St. John, Indiana (not Chicago like the listing says). He's treated me for colds, flus, broken bones, sprains, asthma, keeping my cholesterol low and diabetes at bay, you name it. He is so easy to get along with and makes you feel at ease. He explains complex procedures and terms in easy to understand language. He really makes you feel like a partner in your care. The downside is that it has become very difficult to get an appointment with him. I wish he would stop accepting new patients. He is by far the most popular doctor at the Hammond Clinic and that usually means long waits. So bring a good book for the waiting room.
