I made an appointment because of a reference. When I arrived from out of town, they told me they had changed my appointment to another time and day - without consulting or notifying me. They staff was very rude.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
