I've always been treated well at Dr. Gendelman's office. I've never had to wait longer than five minutes. The doctor comes across as no-nonsense, but he's always professional and courteous. He even talked to my young daughter about her doll in a friendly way. He discussed treatment options thoroughly, and later called me back promptly about my biopsy results.

Dr. Geneleman's receptionist ignored me , preferring to have a casual, personal conversation with a pharmaceutical rep. instead. The wait time was very short to see him. Dr. Gendleman was dismissive and bordering on homophobic. I had come in for a skin cancer check and mole removal. He basically said that men shouldn't be concerned with mole removal or anything cosmetic. He also asked if if I had makeup on which was really strange as I had absolutely nothing on my face. He also told me that only women need to moisturize their skin. I did not have him do any mole removal. This guy needs to retire now! I wish I had read the reviews on him before selecting him as a doctor.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Some of my questions were answered during the appointment, but not all. I still feel like I need to know more. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
