After months of research, I selected Dr. Coughlin to install the 'STAR' total ankle replacement device. This guy is good-he travels the globe, instructing other doctors how to install this joint. I went from almost zero motion in my foot, and excruciating pain (9 or 10 on the 1-10 pain scale) to almost 20 degrees motion, pain level is a '2' or '3' on same pain scale. Dr. Coughlin is very, very good. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They tend to rush you sometimes, but it is a very busy office.
