I spent Christmas morning (a Tuesday) in the ER with extreme pain. They discovered multiple ovarian cysts, one which had just burst and another that was pretty big, so they referred me to Dr Christensen to see what my options including surgery were. I had to wait until Wednesday to call because the office was closed. I called and they hadn't received my referral yet, and instead of taking initiative it was up to me to track down the referral and make sure it got there. They said they would call me when they received it, but they never called. Instead, I had to call and check up. Yes, the referral was there so they said they'd leave it on his desk and he would look over it and call me. Again, they never called. Since I was still in extreme pain, I was eager to get in and called back on Thursday. "Oh, the doctor wasn't in yesterday!" something they failed to tell me. So they said he would call me today to make an appointment. Again, I never received a call. Friday I call back. They haven't taken any initiative to get my transcripts or ultrasounds. So again, its up to me to call the ER and get them sent over. Finally they said, we'll put it all on his desk and we're closed for the weekend but we will call you on Monday. Mind you, this entire time I was taking heavy painkillers, couldn't work or drive, couldn't hardly walk, in extreme pain (probably a 7 on the pain scale).

Guess what? They didn't call.
Tuesday I call and they are closed for New Years. That night I believe another cyst burst as I was screaming in pain that was a 10 on the scale, even when doubling up on my painkillers. Wednesday my mother calls, and guess what? He's not in the office on Wednesdays. She pleads with them to let me see the other doctor or a nurse practitioner, as I will need more ultrasounds done after the other cyst burst and the surgery would have to be FURTHER postponed to get that done. They said they would call us back. I'm guessing they won't. They don't care about me, nor the fact that my level 9 pain is so bad I can't walk, or that its been EIGHT days since this began and they still haven't taken the time to see me. How much longer is this going to go on?

Because of their incompetence at scheduling and complete lack of reliability, I had to go through the worst pain of my life not only once, but twice because they wouldn't get me in before another cyst burst. One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. I felt like they didn't care if I lived or died.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
Dr. Christensen was kind, very thorough, verified with me that all my questions were answered completely. Fantastic doctor that I have recommended many times to friends and acquantances.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
