Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
