They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
On top of that, my daugther was mis-diagnosed and conditions has gotten worse while under his care. Changed Doctor have a second opinion.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
