Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

As a child and young adult, Dr Carter helped me with chronic inner ear infections and was able to correct this issue by dropping tubes into my tempanic membrane. Later he was able to fix my (r) TM by patching it with muscle tissue, which had had problems healing fully. This man is one of the most experienced and knowlageable MD's that I know of.

Working in the medical field myself as a corpsman for the Navy/Marines, I can safely say I do trust this doctor and his capabilites.
