This was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen at work, He left me injured after procedure had his daughter watch vasectomy asked if it was okay for a student to watch then while he was doing my vasectomy the nurse asked her when she was going back to college. I was left injured and in pain horrible experience before I was taken back he was arguing with office staff

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. When I had an emergency recently, they eventually called me back, but by then I had already gotten someone else to help me. It made me feel like I couldn't count on them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
