They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. During my appointment, I really appreciated that they didn't rush me, and gave me the time to ask my questions and get all the information I needed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I felt like the Dr. was very professional and the treatment was great, no complaints. Then there is the insurance dept. the lady who files the claim did not file it properly and within a short period of time playing phone tag she informed me she didn't make mistakes. WOW if we could all be so perfect. Then she proceeded to tell me this was my problem and to pay my bill and let the insurance company work it out with me. I am 52 years of age and since i have been on my own at 19 years of age i have paid my bills. I have never dealt with someone so ugly on the phone you would think an office as well staffed and professional as it was for the procedure they would at least find someone that is not so perfect that they have no feelings for those of us that aren't perfect. i would recommend the Dr. but one caution pay in full before you leave or you will have a new rectal problem.
