I thought it was strange that they didn't want me to get a second opinion ever. In fact, they got upset when I said I wanted to. It made me question their motives. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.
