Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I was a little disappointed that they didn't have much back-up support for when #fullname~the pediatrician# was sick or unavailable. They had a nurse that would be available but that was it. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.
