The dentist office is very nice and the employees are so friendly. But the procedures are overpriced and the information they tell you is incorrect. I had to contact my insurance company because they were billing them for things that never occurred. The experience was great but the wallet hurt and the fighting with the insurance comapny wasn't worth it.

I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They are very dishonest people that screwed me over. I never was treated this way. They told me several times my insurance is accepted so I paid cash and later found out that they were never in the network. They treat you very nice so that they can screw you over better.
