I went for a crown replacement. What I was told after my exam was the price advertised for multiple crowns (4?) done at the same time and were inferior to the one they were suggesting at nearly triple the cost. Why offer inferior crowns? Their ad is intentionally deceptive. When I came back for an exam, the Dr. I specifically asked to see was no longer working with the organization (though I was not told over the telephone or upon my arrival. I had multiple issues with my new crown including infection. At first, they were helpful but sent me to my family doctor. When I asked why they said because the infection was no longer just in my mouth.
I was very concerned about the fecal matter on the toilet that remained when I returned 2 weeks later. Toothpaste on the sink remained in the exact same pattern as well. I notified the dentist, who was appalled. It was clean when I returned the third time.
The receptionist could use a serious attitude adjustment, chatting away nearly every time I visited either with a personal call or other staff while I waited for non-patient conversation to be concluded.
The care is strictly average, kinda assembly line. The new dentist was pleasant.
I wasn't directed on any preventive care nor were samples offered. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number.
