I didn't get past the telephone representative who answered my call. They could work on improving their level of initial customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I was left unimpressed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. Not only did they ignore my questions, they rushed me off the phone and hurried any answers.
