Dr. Scott Balogh saved my life. He did so by listening and then inserting the right questions or assessment?? All I know is this individual saved my life and he is true. This occurred many years ago and I am still ok.
Truly. A great doctor. Great.

Besides over-prescribing medications for patients that often interacted with one another, he was very vague about his reasons and was very "in and out" for his office visits. He often was moody, which meant he didn't listen or pay attention to anything I said as a patient. Somedays he seemed much cheerier, so he would be the opposite. But his mood and personal issues should not be what affects treatment.

He also would allow patients to ask for any prescription they wanted and he would fill them. Later he had an affair with a patient and lost his license.

I had a pending medical malpractice lawsuit against him until it was revealed he was practicing without any malpractice insurance or any insurance of any kind!! He also then had to declare bankruptcy to avoid the malpractice suit, since lawyers work on getting money to pay their bills, which they cannot get from a non-insured bankrupt out of work psychiatrist. If he ever works again it will be a shame.
