I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
