Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile over 2 hours!!!!. I am not going to refer my family and friends here never!! I just wasn't that impressed. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. Buffy who works in the Billings departments for Dr.Jove was something else!! i caled to verify my status (which i have for the past 3 weeks) not one call HAS BEEN RETURNED. Buffy clainmed she was on vacation last week, which is not my concern. I didnt need to hear any excuse my issue was no one reached back to me and when i asked to speak with Brian who is the superviser or Dr.Jove she denied either one would talk to me! each time i spoke or tried to put a word in she spoke over me!!can you say RUDE? I kept trying to leave my number to be reached back at but she continued talking and she hung the phone up. I called back finally got to speak with Brian who just appologized.I seriously think they need to record their conversations with patients. People are so rude, and rude over a simple question. Customer Service terrible?? Never EVER recommending anyone nor would I ever go back. Pshh top it off Dr.Jove should do a follow up call with patients (most do) Oh well shows what type of employees they hire. Only good thing was Brian!!

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
