They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
