Dr. Heaton is very nice with an out going personality, he cares very much about his patients. An example of how caring he is...a friend's husband was PETRIFIED of going to the dentist (so much so that he ended up in the ER because his wisdom teeth had abcessed and the abcesses had spread down into his throat!) I recommended he go and TALK to Dr. Heaton w/o having work done. Dr. Heaton cleared an hour of his busy day to talk w/him. Dr. Heaton Made him realize there was nothing to fear and he ended up having his wisdom teeth removed and told me how pleased he was with how everything went and how little discomfort he had.
Dr. Heaton ALWAYS has his patients' best interest at heart. He has an awesome sense of humor and always has a smile for his patients and NEVER will he belittle. His staff is extremley friendly and outgoing. I have been a patient for at least 20 years and have no plans of going anywhere else!!!
