They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

When I went in for my actual appointment the staff and Dr. Montlouis were very polite and friendly. The trouble started after I walked at the door. Dr Montlouis was very nice and helpful but the staff are horrible. I would have to call multiple times (leaving a voicemail) and never had anyone ever call me back. I would always have to continue calling until I could accidently catch a person. Then they would be very short to end the call. I had the worse experience attempting to refill my medication. The pharmacy would have to contact the office multiple times with no success. Eventually I would have to call multiple times myself before my medication would be approved for refill. I am glad that my medicine was not for a life threatening condition or I would have been hospitalized. The stress of worrying about my refills and having to start requesting refills a week and a half in advance to be sure I would have enough was too much. I will not EVER go back to this office. I recommend no one else do the same.
