Worst ever. Husband went in for a tooth ache and she tried to pull it. There was an infection so the novacaine did not take. She ended up beraking the tooth after trying for a couple of hours to get it out. She then sent us to an oral surgeon in Bradenton! After all this, billed us for $69.00. When I didn't pay, she turned us over to a collection agent. Would NEVER recommend.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
