Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
