The doctor seems skilled, if impersonal (very impersonal). He instructed me to make a followup appt when I was in the hospital for a certain date, but when I called, the receptionist was very irritated and said they would try to work me in and that she would call me back. She never did. I had to call 3 more times to even get a workin. And she made it very clear that it was a huge inconvenience. This type of treatment is unacceptable - especially considering that I have no alternatives!
