Doctor Tanya is great but front desk service terrible!!! 90 minutes after I came the receptionist was checking his insurance and nobody was in the waiting room!!! Then another patient arrived and was taken after 20 minutes. I'm already two hours here and still waiting.

Unprofessional. What is the point of making an appointment for this place? They don't value your time and that shows a lack of care. My son and I both had appointments 15 minutes apart from each other for 12 noon. I make sure I am on time to each and every appointment I make regardless of whom it is with. Let me just tell you its a pain when you have a 4 year old and a newborn in tow. I walked in at 11:45 was told they were running on time they took my info and medical card had me fill out info etc. after 20 minutes I was told they were running behind 20 minutes I waited some more at 1 pm they told me to walk around the mall they would call me well 2:15 came and went I went back in and asked if they were kidding me? It was 2:30 pm at this point, I was all out of patience. I told them it was a disgrace that they do this to people and that they lack in caring and I would never ever recommenced them to anyone I know. To boot they never gave me back the medical card I had to call my provider for a new one. I went to them once for a crown and the temp fell out, they are not the most personable people either, they bounced back and fourth from patient to patient during that visit also. I thought I'd give them another chance and let them clean my teeth. NEVER AGAIN. I'D RATHER PAY MORE MONEY AND RECEIVE BETTER SERVICE. THUMBS DOWN TO THEM. PATIENCE BEWARE.
