I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted good. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment.
I used this dentist for years ever since I was a kid. I have no cavities, so I cannot comment on their procedures, but I guess that's a great sign! I moved out of the area and had to find someone new.
