I went to see Dr Basu thinking I needed two crowns, but he said I only needed one filling- great that he is not giving me work I don't need, unlike my previous dentist! Also, Novocaine's side effects on me are usually worse then the drill pain, and when I told the doc this, he managed to grind so that it didn't bother me, even without the shot- a miracle!

Here's the boilerplate that the site gives: "I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience." There was one appointment where I was in the waiting room a while- average for a doc office, I think.
