Dr. Keilty is an absolutely amazing dentist (My family and I have stuck by his service since my childhood - I'm currently 25.) He has a fantastic personality that truly adds to the experience. His newest staff members, however, are beyond horrendous. The rude phone behavior oversteps far too many bounds to feel comfortable entering the office, and I am currently seeking a new dentist. God forbid you need to cancel an appointment you made six months prior because your child is sick, you moved to a different state, or any myriad of reasons (even if you do so within a 24-48 hour window) - expect the wrath of a receptionist with too much passion for her job. If you're not one to let terrible customer service bother you, by all means book an appointment!

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
