I regret not doing my research and looking around. I had heard so many good things about him that I went with my friends advice. I don't know how they could have been so wrong. Let me start by saying that the receptionist could not have been more rude. She acts like she can't be bothered and doesn't want to be there. One time we were literally 5 minutes late and she practically of ores me and told me we couldn't see him. Now I heard him in his office and he didn't even come out and speak to me. You are also in and out of there so quickly. Your appointment is rushed and there is bi patient doctor relationship. I also felt uncomfortable when they didn't want me in the room with my teenage dag
Daughter. I don't even know if that is legal to be unsupervised in a room with a young girl. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I regret using him. Run don't walk and don't even go for a consult.

Dr Bass is the best EVER! It was the most positive dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Bass was patient and kind and answered all of my questions thoroughly, and my teeth look amazing! I have to say that Dr. Bass is definitely the NUMBER ONE orthodontist in all of Fairfield County, if not Connecticut!
