I took my 95 y/o father for a 10 AM apt. we arrived at 9;45. Waiting room full and she said it will be a few minutes, in fact that's what she told everyone. After 45 minutes I went up to ask when he'd be seen and she said there are 2 people ahead of you. After 5 people went in I went back up and said you told me 2 people and 5 went in and I was told well things happen and they acted annoyed that I had even asked. Then a new patient who had come in after us as brought back and by then it was 11;30 and I went in the back and spoke to the office manager and was told the new patient also had a 10 o'clock apt. and my dad should have been called back first so obviously they are double booking. By then my dad very upset and said. he wanted to leave I am a retired 40 yr office nurse and if my doctor was running that far behind I would apologize profusely to the patient and explain that there as an emergency and offer them a chance to reschedule! There as NO communication from the staff at all to anyone and they acted annoyed with us! They were sitting behind the window and talking about their personal lives and food and laughing while the waiting room was full and the doctor was now almost 2 hours behind schedule. You could hear them answer phone and hear them say the patients name on phone which I believe is against HIPA rules. Patients who didn't have a secondary insurance were asked to pay their co-pays before they were seen in a waiting room full of people. Seemed like money was more important to them than the patient. Their attitude was extremely lacking. My dad said he would never go back and I've already made him an appointment with another doctor. The office is dingy, dirty and extremely cluttered. I shudder about people actually having invasive procedures done there! In fact the whole building is dingy and dirty! Dr. Nehme's father was a well known respected doctor in town until he retired. He was a true gentleman and his staff exceptional and I wonder what he would think of this?? Shame on them for treating patients in this manner. My dad is 95 and legally blind and a Veteran!

Very professional in communicating his answers to my questions. I feel Dr. Nehme was giving 110% of his medical attention to my medical concerns and will recommend any friend to Dr. Nehme. My appointment was at 9:00 AM and I was in his office at 9:00 AM asking questions. Dr. Nehme had a certain momentum when addressing my medical needs so having done my homework ahead of time made it easier to ask questions and seeking guidance on certain medical issues. The front desk sign in employees were very professional during my first time appointment process. (which is very important for us seniors)
