I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Also the other doctor that was there was late and mad a lot of people angry. I was speaking to a woman that was waiting in the lobby and she had been there for 3 hrs waiting on the doctor. Later after speaking to the woman she stated that she was there for an apt to see if she would get benefits for ssa. I felt so bad for this lady and her child that they had been waiting there for so long. A few days later i went in to figure out something about my bill about 10:00 am and it was the same situation. The same doctor was late again. Wow! I asked the rude lady at the front if the other doctor did rounds or something. She replied that he didn't and that she had no idea where he was and that she could not call to ask. I was shocked! I will never return to an office that is run like a circus.
