Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This doctor has completely disappeared with all patients records since at least June 14, 2012. We are in the process of contacting the Department of Health to find our medical records.

Dr Wurster is one of the best drs I have ever known ,I was with him for
9 years . But there's this big problem .the Dr has very poor judgement when it comes to hiring his staff. A good staff will manage the time to keep things moving smoothly .they will keep records so that mistakes aren't made
they will be responsive to all the patients needs .this wasn't the case with Dr Wursters office.Getting an appointment was a challenge ,getting into the examining room was even more of a challange .1 to 1 1/2 hours wait most of the time.getting any question answered once you were out of the office was impossible. Also the Dr was extremely fond of writing brand name prescriptions and balked at changing to generic.He would go on vacations on the shortest of notices and not provide any kind of covering Dr.But oddly I will miss this Dr even with all these faults ,the final straw was a notice I got from cigna that he was no longer accepting my coverage .
