I have been going to this office for the past several years and since the prior dentist left and Dr. Hacker took over the practice it has turned into a "sales" office for dental procedures. They seem to be more concerned about what they can schedule you for rather than what actually needs to be done. The office staff is only friendly if you are a cash account and they are NOT insurance friendly although that is what their advertisements claim. You will leave their office with a list of procedures and $5,000 of "treatment plans" everytime.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
