When I need help the most in a crisis, they abandoned me. I told them I was suicidal and my plan. Dr. Byrd and Scotty Lusk sent me home. Then they wondered why 3 days later I attempted suicide. After that they discharged me from the practice and served me with a trespass warning. Was that really necessary? I should have sued them for malpractice. In 10 years there, I had never told them I was so suicidal that I had a plan. I wasn't thinking straight and make good decisions, so I didnt want to go to the hospital. They should have Baker Acted me. Not send me home. They never even called to check on me. I guess they are used to getting away with this sort of thing and no one has taken action. Sad.

Most of the time I was there, I felt pretty ignored. They didn't listen to any of my input or concerns. It was as if he had been doing the job for to long. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. He does not seem as knowledgeable as other doctors.
