Dr. Hall has been helpful and I leave visits feeling encouraged. He is definitely a Dr. who looks for root causes rather than just medicating symptoms. My only truly negative comment is that the office itself is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with - closed friday, closed for lunch, often closed for a long lunch, no way to leave a message, no way to send an email, MINIMUM 5 minutes on hold.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
