Dr. Tran was wonderful! It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I had a very difficult extraction and Dr. Tran was EXCELLENT in his care and procedure. I highly recommend him and will be back for regular treatment. I could not have had a more positive experience especially with such a difficult situation. He was great!
