I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Dr. Brown nor would I have them have to interact with his office staff. Starting at the front desk, the ONLY decent interaction was the very first visit right up until the $4000 bill was paid. After that, they were as rude as the hygienists and , as Dr Brown himself. He fit me with a denture that was so painful that I needed to call him .. Instead of treating me with kindness, he mocked me and made fun of how I spoke. He and his hygienists created an environment where I felt embarrassed to say what was really going on in my mouth. After a few months, my denture broke and Dr Brown refused to fix it ! He is , quite simply, AWFUL !! Please save your $ and go elsewhere !!
Congratulations to the hygienist from hell, YOU win the award for the most painful dental visit I have ever experienced. Dentist was honest enough to tell me that he could offer no treatment as there is NOTHING wrong with my teeth. When I told him that was the most painful cleaning EVER, he said "thanks for sharing that with me". Seriously, your employee stabbed, scraped, & poked at my gums and teeth until I had to halt the cleaning and all you offer is "thanks for sharing"??? Deplorable excuse for anyone in the "healthcare" industry.
