Our providers use evidence based medicine in order to deliver safe, efficient and effective care in a fashion that best benefits our patients. We utilize an integrated electronic medical record, which allows for instantaneous retrieval of previous records and testing. The result is better decision-making, elimination of unnecessary repeat testing, and reduction of costs. Our doctors can view the actual images of our previously performed NCH Heart Institute or NCH Healthcare System patient tests at any time of day from anywhere in the world. Being able to access that information means we are able to provide the best possible care.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Never had to wait longer then 15 minutes to see the doctor and was always a very pleasant and informational meeting.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
