We have had a few visits and phone conversations with this office and our conclusion is we are going to find a new facility to work with.

The nurses are very rude on the phone, one of them even went as far as telling a fib to another coworker about my husband. My husband says they are nice when you are there but my experience when I was there wasn't that they were rude but they just didn't care. Overall the staff seems very hard, cold, and even hateful.

Dr. Bongiovanni herself seems to need more experience. She over diagnosed me saying she beleived I had cancer all over my body and scared me into a bunch of expensive tests (knowing I am not covered). She also said I had a bunch of other diagnoses. Upon 2nd and even 3rd opionion that was far from the truth yet I was out hundreds of dollars to her and her lab. Not to mention the horrible stress and fear I was going to die.

My husband has not had a problem with her but hasn't seen her for anything but a hurt foot.

BE WARNED: The say they are Christians but I beleive they are using their "faith" to win the new clients. None of the staff diplays any knowlege of Christ at all. In fact they are in ties with Harborside Surgery and Harborside Dental and they all are very rude people. The Dentist was okay but he also billed me 2k over his quote without even telling me he was doing anything different. Harborside Surgery is one of the worst facilities I have EVER been to and they are very cold people.

As a new Florida resident - This was a painful welcome.
