The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary but are bad about answering the phone and returning calls. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
