They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

The front office is terrible. Nasty attitude, lost papers, faxes that never go through, a receptionist with a lousy attitude. The doc was great, but he's got a front office that would rather be somewhere else.
