Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Dr. Roberts has performed a root canal and an implant for me, and since I've moved to Seattle, other dentists have commented the fine quality of his work.
