They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
