I will not be recommending this pediatrician to any of our friends. The office is extremly dirty and run down. Nobody ever called to check up on my child after all or any of my sick visits. They were always late to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time and curteous. I was never asked to schedule follow-up appointments while in office and staff would complain when I would call and schedule. I couldn't believe how disorganized this office operates. They really make patients feel uninformed and inexperienced. The staff was also extremely rude and refused to accommodate my child. I specifically requested not to see one doctor (out of a practice of 5), whom I had previously experienced unsatisfactory medical care from. The nurse/officemanager/wife of the head doctor said I had to come in to see that doctor and if I didn't then she would report me. This was appauling to me since I work in the medical field. When I asked why, they said I was refusing medical treatment for my child. Why would I call the doctor in the first place if this were true. This particular nurse even called me the next day to say she would report me again and inciduated that I was a bad parent. My child was dropped as a patient the next day with no detailed explanation. I didn't realize this office could dispose of paying, cooperative, and attentive patients so easily. Don't waste your time in an office like this. Children deserve better care. In all my years, working in both hospitals and private practices have I ever heard or witnessed such atrocities.
