My grand daughter had a high fever for about 24 hours. My DIL called the office after hours to talk to the Dr. The message said if it is an emergency call 911. There was NO service to take the message and have the Dr. call her back. She wound up going to the ER. She then called the Dr. office again, leaving a message telling them what happened, what the hospital said, etc. THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED THE CALL. Unbelievable. This is a first time Mom, very nervous about the first time baby got very sick and the Dr.'s office doesn't even call her back. Nice Doc's - HORRIBLE staff.
