Dr. Oscar Roberto Garcia-Ibáñez is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics as well as by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and a member of the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. He received his M.D. from the Universidad de San Carlos in Guatemala and came to the United States to do his residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He continued his specialization with a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. His practice has served the Tampa area for over 18 years. In addition to his training in the United States, Dr. Garcia-Ibáñez has studied abroad and attended various international allergy conferences, providing him with extensive experience in standard American approach as well as the most current European standards of care in allergy treatment
